Mr. Tito Hananta Kusuma obtained his law degree (S.H.) from the Faculty of Law, Trisakti University in 1999 as the best graduate. He got serial scholarships from TRISAKTI University for SH degree in 1998 to 1999, from PRADJOTO & Associates for MM degree in 2002 to 2004, and from WALUBI for Doctoral Programme in BRAWIJAYA UNIVERSITY since 2015. He went on to obtain a masters degree in management (MM) in 2004 from the Faculty of Economics, Gajah Mada University and also awarded as the best graduate.
In addition to being member of the Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI), Mr. Tito is also admitted as a member of Indonesian Association of Capital Market Legal Consultants (HKHPM), Mediator for Conflict Resolution, Administrator and Receiver for Bankruptcy, Certified Professional Human Resource (CPHR), Certified Behaviour Analysis (CBA) and also a lecturer at Bina Nusantara University (BINUS), Mercu Buana University, PPM, and Kalbe Institute.
In 1998, Mr. Tito started his career at a reputable lawfirm Baker McKenzie Indonesia (BMI) and continued his career as Senior Partner from 1999 – 2011 at a reputable lawfirm specialized in banking and litigation sector, Amir Syamsuddin & Pradjoto. In late 2011, established his own law firm, Tito Hananta Kusuma & Co which located at strategic business area, Menara BCA 50th Floor – Grand Indonesia.
Mr. Tito often speaks on a number of areas of law, including contracts, banking and finance, real estate, infrastructure, labor, investment, and capital market at professional and educational seminars. In his banking and finance practice, Mr. Tito has been intimately involved in a long list of prestigious bank in Indonesia, such as Bank Century/Bank Mutiara, Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Bank UOB Buana, Bank Danamon, and Bank Nasional Indonesia. At this time, He continues his study in Business Law on Doctoral Degree (S3) at University of BRAWIJAYA, A Reputable Government University.
Dr. Jonker Sihombing, SH, MH, MA
Dr. Jonker Sihombing, SH, MH, MA obtained his Bachelor of Economy from Sumatera Utara University. He obtained his Master of Arts from Alamaba University, United Stated. He obtained his Master of Law and Doctor of Law from Padjajaran University, Bandung. He is an Advocate and Lecturer on Undergraduate and Postgraduate Study Programs of Pelita Harapan University. He is also an Assistant Professor of Pelita Harapan University since 2015 and active on writing books, journals and media publications. He has served as President Director at PT. Bank Indovest, Tbk in 1993 – 1994, served as General Manager at Bank Dagang Negara, New York Agency from 1994 – 1997, served as Assistant Managing Director of PT. Bank Mandiri in 1999 – 2001, served as Senior Vice President at PT. Bank Mandiri in 2001 – 2003, served as Managing Director at PT. Flora Sawita in 2004 – 2008.
